MASCOT

Mascot is a wing that represents a new direction in the development of paragliding. This segment is known as "parakite", and its main feature is a unique control system borrowed from depower kites.

We call this system kite-risers, and the wing itself — a kite-risers wing.

Mascot is designed for pilots with varying levels of experience — from confident enthusiasts to professionals. However, to fly it safely, it is essential to understand how its control system works.

This system does more than just alter the wing's profile shape — it also adjusts the angle of attack across a wide range. Essentially, it combines the functions of both brakes and the speed system into a single control mechanism.

The result is a completely new flight experience. The wing allows for both relaxed soaring and energetic, dynamic maneuvers.

The sensations are closest to what an experienced paramotor pilot feels when flying a small wing and skillfully using both the brakes and speed bar simultaneously. With Mascot, however, this becomes significantly easier.

Mascot features a reflex wing profile specifically optimized for use with the kite-risers system, enabling safe high-speed flight. This profile provides improved resistance to frontal collapses compared to traditional wings.

Unlike standard paragliders, where wing size is selected based on pilot weight, choosing the right Mascot size also requires considering the typical weather conditions in which you plan to fly.

We have developed a range of wings with small size increments: 16 – 18 – 20 – 22 m². Wings smaller than 18 m² are intended for very experienced pilots. If you’re unsure of your skill level — opt for a larger size.
